When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect certain details of your use of the Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Website.  If you do not want us to collect this information you should cease use of the Website.  Collection of this information helps us to improve the Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service.  The technologies we use (“cookies”) for this automatic data collection may include:

Cookies help to facilitate the best possible user experience of the Website as they allow us to recognize you and maintain your user preferences from session to session, help us keep your account safe, and generally improve the functionality of the products and services offered through The Website. Governing Law; Third Parties; Users From Outside the United States

O2 expressly disclaims any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the information available on the Website. O2 makes no representation about any third-party Websites that may be accessed via links from the Website. The Website is offered in the United States and is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma.  By using the Website, you agree that the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to any conflict of laws principles, will govern all matters between you and O2 with respect to your use of the Website.
